Iran's speaker proclaims law for suspension of cooperation with IAEA
Pars Today- Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran proclaimed the law for suspension of cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency.
According to Pars Today, quoting from IRNA, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf wrote in his personal page on social network on Thursday, "Today, after the approval of the Guardians Council, the law for suspension of cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency was proclaimed."
The continuation of cooperation with the IAEA, which setting the ground for war and aggression, plays the role of the keeper of the anti-human interests of the illegitimate Zionist regime and its agent, is not possible until making sure of maintenance of the security of our nuclear centers."
The members of the Iranian Majlis (parliament), on Wednesday, having reviewed the bill binding the government to suspend cooperation with the IAEA, agreed with the generalities of this bill with 221 positive votes, no negative vote and only one neutral vote by 223 members attending the Majlis.

Moreover, the bill was reviewed by the members of the Guardians Council and it was not recognized as contrary to the principles of religion and the Constitution.
The Zionist regime, in blatant violation of the international law and Iran's national sovereignty, launched military attack against some areas in Tehran and a few other cities, including nuclear facilities on June 13. This terrorist action led to martyrdom of a number of commanders, scientists and ordinary people.
In continuation of this flagrant aggression, the United States directly entered the scene to rescue the Zionist regime and bombed nuclear sites in the regions of Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan on June 22. In reaction to these actions, Iran's Foreign Minister, Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, citing article 51 of the UN Charter, stressed that the Islamic Republic of Iran keeps all options for defense of its national interests and security of the people.
The US president yesterday claimed ceasefire agreement between Iran and the Zionist regime. The Islamic Republic of Iran, announcing that it was not the initiator of war, made it clear that if the Zionist regime stops illegal offensive, Iran will stop punishing it. In view of this, Iran's Supreme National Security Council stressed in a statement, "The Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran don't have the least trust in the words of the enemies and, with finger on the trigger, are ready for a decisive response to any aggressive action of the enemy which will make him regret."
