World Taekwondo Federation chief praised Iran
Pars Today – The Secretary-General of the World Taekwondo Federation sent a letter to Iran’s Taekwondo Federation, expressing appreciation for the participation and strong performance of the Iranian junior team in the World Championships.
According to Pars Today, Jeong Kang Seo, the Secretary-General of the World Taekwondo Federation, in a letter to the Iranian Taekwondo Federation, thanked and praised the Iranian representatives for their participation and impressive performance in the World Junior Championships in Tashkent, where they earned the runner-up title.
In the letter, the Secretary-General wrote:
“I would like to commend the Iranian junior team for their remarkable achievements, especially for competing in Tashkent despite all the challenges and for traveling to Uzbekistan to take part in these championships. The performance of Team Iran reflects true passion and dedication to the sport of taekwondo.”
The 15th edition of the World Junior Taekwondo Championships was held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with athletes from 115 countries participating. The Iranian team finished as the runner-up in the competition.
