Pres. Pezeshkian: Negotiators will not compromise on Iran’s dignity and pride

Pars Today – Masoud Pezeshkian stressed that Iran’s negotiators will never compromise on the country’s dignity and honor.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB News Agency, Iran's President Masoud Pezeshkian said on Sunday, referring to the recent negotiations between Tehran and Washington: “We are prepared to assure the world that we are not seeking nuclear weapons. Iran is not seeking unrest in the region. It is the Zionist regime that uses every opportunity to keep war and instability alive.”

Speaking on the sidelines of a visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), Pezeshkian emphasized: “We and the negotiators will never retreat from Iran’s dignity and pride.”

Masoud Pezeshkian also said during a meeting with Peyman Jebelli, the head of the IRIB and a group of managers of the organization, that he appreciated the efforts and dedication of the national media organization in reporting and narrating the recent war.

Pezeshkian stressed: “No decision in Iran will be made outside the framework of the Supreme National Security Council and without coordination with and authorization from the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.”
