    Iran and Georgia review bilateral ties in Munich

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Georgian counterpart Mikheil Janelidze in a meeting in Munich, Germany, on Sunday discussed bilateral relations and mutual cooperation as well as regional developments.

During the meeting on the sidelines of Munich Security Conference in Germany, Zarif and Janelidze explored avenues for bolstering and reinvigorating Tehran-Tbilisi relations.

The two sides also discussed international and regional developments in Munich.

Zarif arrived in Munich on Sunday morning, and will attend the international security conference with participation of 30 heads of the world countries and over 100 ministers.

The Munich Security Conference is scheduled for February 16-18.

Dozens of Military chiefs and world leaders will be discussing and confronting each other about the world's most pressing security issues.

The Munich Security Conference is a three-day event comprising debates, speeches, and sideline meetings on international defense policy.
