Is the Zionist regime a water expert?

Israeli PM Netanyahu
Pars Today – The prime minister of Israel considers this regime to be a water expert and, in his messages addressed to the Iranian people, attempts to imply that it holds the key to solving the water crisis.
Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of the Zionist regime, recently claimed in a video message referencing Iran's water crisis that "Israel is an expert in dealing with drought" and called on Iranians to take to the streets for "freedom and abundant water." According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, these claims have been repeated in various messages in recent years (including in 2018).
According to the World Resources Institute, Israel, ranked 9th globally for water stress, faces a severe situation.
Rainfall in the Occupied Territories averages 435 mm per year, below the global average (1,000 mm). Precipitation occurs mostly in the north and during winter, while the Negev Desert remains almost arid. Surface and groundwater resources are at their lowest levels in the past 100 years, with an annual water deficit and shortage of 1,500 to 2,000 million cubic meters—nearly equivalent to the regime’s total annual water consumption.
As reported by CNN in August 2022, these conditions have pushed Israel toward solutions such as pumping water from the Mediterranean Sea.
A significant portion of Israel's water supply is not the result of domestic technology but rather stems from its control over water resources in the West Bank and Gaza. Israel extracts 80–85% of the water from the West Bank, while Palestinians are granted access to only 15%.
