Pars Today – Zionist regime media have reported that the ceasefire decision in Lebanon was made following intense U.S. pressure on Tel Aviv, and that the regime's political officials have once again submitted to Iran's terms.
According to Pars Today, citing IRIB News Agency, Channel 12 of the Zionist regime's television, quoting informed sources, reported that the ceasefire decision in Lebanon was adopted after U.S. pressure on Tel Aviv.
Channel 12 of the Zionist regime stated that in the atmosphere of the orders issued by Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister, and Israel Katz, the Minister of War, regarding a ceasefire in Lebanon, absolute silence prevails in Israel.
Meanwhile, Channel 13 of the Zionist regime's television, citing a diplomatic source, announced that Washington, in an official message, asked Tel Aviv to refrain from any escalation in Lebanon to provide an opportunity for advancing negotiations in Switzerland.
The Hebrew website Walla, in its analysis of the new situation, reported that the Israeli army has once again been constrained due to Iranian pressure, and that this is the "new equation" governing the field.
In this context, Ehud Olmert, the former Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, called for Benjamin Netanyahu's resignation from power.
Olmert, sharply criticizing Netanyahu's performance, said that most Israelis will not forgive him for his failures and that his policies have been doomed from the start.
Meanwhile, a new poll in the occupied territories shows that the majority of residents want Netanyahu to leave the political arena.
According to a poll by Channel 12 of the Zionist regime's television, about 60% of respondents believe Netanyahu should not run for prime minister again in the next elections.
