Elon Musk is making spy satellites for America

Pars Today - Reuters news agency, citing informed sources reported that Elon Musk, the owner of social network X (formerly Twitter), is making hundreds of spy satellites for US national security agencies.

According to informed sources, Musk's company SpaceX has signed a classified contract with the US National Reconnaissance Office.

SpaceX has sent initial samples of spy satellites called "Starshield" into space alongside other satellites using the Falcon 9 launcher.

According to these individuals, Starshield satellites operate in low Earth orbits and have the capability to capture images of the Earth.

The Wall Street Journal also reported in February about a confidential $1.8 billion contract between SpaceX and an unknown intelligence agency, but did not disclose further details about this program
