Araghchi: A new framework for Iran’s cooperation with the Agency is under negotiation
The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran said Wednesday night that a new framework for cooperation between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is under negotiation.
Seyed Abbas Araghchi, speaking about Iran’s cooperation with the IAEA, stated: “As we have previously said, recent developments require a new framework of cooperation. This matter is currently being negotiated, and the Agency has also accepted that the new conditions must be pursued within a fresh format.”
Ulyanov: The West is not trustworthy
Russia’s Permanent Representative to international organizations in Vienna said the West cannot be trusted.
Mikhail Ulyanov stressed that Western countries are neither reliable nor dependable and that one should not rely on their false promises.
Ulyanov’s remarks came after his meeting and talks with Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, regarding Iran’s nuclear program.
Tunisia summons French Embassy chargé d’affaires
Tunisia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that following the killing of Tunisian citizen Abdelkader Dhibi on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, in Marseille, France, and by order of the President of Tunisia, Mohamed Ben Aayed, Minister Delegate for Foreign Affairs, summoned the chargé d’affaires of the French Embassy in Tunis on Wednesday evening, in the absence of the French ambassador who is abroad.
The purpose of the summons was to convey Tunisia’s strong protest over the killing, which was carried out by French police. The Tunisian Foreign Ministry called on the French chargé d’affaires to inform his authorities that Tunisia considers this incident an unjustifiable killing and expects the French side to act decisively and swiftly in the investigation and determination of responsibility.
Expansion of security cooperation among Shanghai members
The Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran announced an increase in security cooperation among the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
According to Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh, Iran’s Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, the SCO members are currently cooperating in the fields of counterterrorism and combating drug trafficking.

A senior al-Qassam commander told Al Jazeera: “We will launch a new operation called Moses’ Staff to confront Gideon’s chariots 2.”
Yemeni missile strike on two key targets in al-Quds and Haifa
The spokesman for Yemen’s Armed Forces announced that the country carried out two missile and drone operations against two important targets in al-Quds and Haifa, in the occupied Palestinian territories.
In a statement, Yahya Saree said that the missile unit of Yemen’s Armed Forces targeted a significant and sensitive Zionist enemy site in western occupied al-Quds with a Palestine-2 ballistic missile. Meanwhile, the drone unit of Yemen’s Armed Forces struck a vital Zionist enemy target in the occupied Haifa area using a drone.
