MBS’ or Saudi Arabia’s desperate bid for survival

The recent reshuffle of the top military brass in Saudi Arabia, preceded last year by the imprisonment of several influential and wealthy princes of the ruling dynasty and the subsequent dismissal of ministers and senior civil servants, is being viewed as part of the bid for survival of the ambitious Heir Apparent Mohamed bin Salman, who is also pretty much aware that the spurious kingdom gifted to his grandfather by Britain, doesn’t have much chance of survival either.

Now we have a viewpoint that appeared in Iran’s English language daily Kayhan International titled: “MBS’ or Saudi Arabia’s desperate bid for survival.”

Kayhan International said: “In a move that indicates a vain bid for survival, of at least the power behind the throne in Riyadh, if not Saudi Arabia itself, rather than an attempt to win the unwinnable war in Yemen, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz on the direction of his 5^th son and self-imposed heir apparent, Mohamed (MBS), issued 39 decrees late last night to sack the top military brass and replace them with loyalists, who will not carry out any coup in favour of the disgraced princelings, especially Mutaib the son of the previous king, Abdullah, who wielded enormous influence on the elite National Guard.

“The 32-year old MBS, who also serves as Minister of Defence, and is the chief architect of the disastrous almost three-year war in Yemen which is draining the oil wealth of the richest Arab country, now thinks he has tightened his tentacles on the corridors of power before making the final move to oust his ailing 82-year old father and style himself king of a spurious entity which the crafty British had created in 1932 for his grandfather Abdul-Aziz, the desert brigand of Najd.

“Yes Saudi Arabia is as spurious an entity in the Arab Peninsula as Israel is in Palestine. The two were created in a space of 16 years last century in order to ensure Anglo-Saxon domination of the heart of the Muslim World – first through Britain and now the US.

“Both are rootless regimes, with no historical, geographical, cultural, religious, and other bases to justify their rule, other than the questionable legitimacy granted by their imperialist masters.

In other words, the Wahhabis and the Zionists, who like to think of themselves as distant cousins, have no relation to the lands and the people they rule.”

Kayhan International pointed out: “Historically, the Saudis, whose origins lie in the Israelite tribes that were Arabicized in the course of time, have been viewed as blasphemous brigands, who from time to time raided and desecrated the civilized and religious centres of the Muslim world.

“They have earned lasting notoriety for their destruction and looting of the holy cities of Mecca and Medina in Hijaz, and Karbala and Najaf in Iraq, for which they were severely punished and almost eliminated by the Ottoman Turks, until Britain decided to back the cultists they had created in order to splinter Muslims into sects.

“In geographical terms also, Saudi Arabia is a non-entity, with no physical features to determine its location and existence on any map of Arabia.

 “Culturally, it is devoid of any civilized norms. Despite the vast wealth the ruling regime has accumulated by depriving the Shi’a Muslim Arabs of the eastern part of Arabia of their rich oil resources, members of the Saudi clan are viewed as inferior, uncouth, unprincipled, and obscene by the majority of the people, especially of Hijaz.

“Religiously, the rule of the Saudis is against the tenets of Islam and the traditions of Prophet Muhammad (blessings of God upon him and his progeny), who, as quoted in authoritative Sunni texts, such as “Sahih Bukhari”, had cursed the seditionists of Najd and warned of the “fitna” (sedition) that would arise from this land in the distant future.”

Kayhan International continued: “In view of these undeniable realities, the Saudis with their cultist pretensions to an Islam emptied of its divine and humanitarian nature, presented a natural choice for the British, similar to the Zionists of east European Khazar origin, who had no connection to the ancient Israelite tribes, but could be passed off as Jewish converts and hence planted in Palestine on the myth of the holocaust.

“Just as the Elders of Zion, in spite of their slandering of Prophet Jesus (AS) and his mother, the Virgin Mary (SA), brainwashed the people of the West and duped the Christians into believing that Israel was God’s promise, the Wahhabis, who detest the Prophet of Islam and his Blessed Ahl al-Bayt from the depth of their hearts, as is clear from their sacrilegious destruction of Islamic sanctities in Mecca and Medina, used the stolen wealth of the Shi’a Muslim Arabs of the east, to create Takfiri terrorists and mislead unsuspecting Muslims into believing they were standard-bearers of puritan Islam.

“So, whether or not the military or administrative shuffles continue in Riyadh, it is a matter of time before the Saudi clan would be swept into the dustbin of history by the long-oppressed Muslim masses of Arabia, who have realized the stupidity of MBS and the successive defeats of all his quixotic moves, both at home and abroad, including the self-defeatist war in Yemen or the debacles in Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon.

“No matter what military aid the US and Britain will provide, the writing is clear on the wall in Riyadh, similar to the fast approaching doom of the illegal Zionist entity.”
