Saudi and MKO link: Repetition of Saddam’s failed experience

The MKO terrorists not only have no room among the Iranian people but also among the opponents of the Islamic Republic of Iran and they are a clear example of a defeated, decaying and dying terrorist organization. Therefore the Saudi investment on this garbage indicates its utter despair.

The MKO or Monafeqin, as it is known among Muslims and Iranians, is the only terrorist outfit which can hold a gathering every year in a country like France which claims to fight terrorism. This year’s meeting was held on July 9 with the participation of a very small handful of the survivors of the organization who had come to Paris after being funded. This came while the deflected members of this terrorist outfit concurrently staged rallies for revealing the policies governing the organization. Foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif described Monafeqin gathering in France as an annual political game, adding: this political game which is held annually has not been formed for the first time but every year a number of persons with total political defects from different countries take part and deliver speeches.

The MKO organization was set up in 1965 to fight Shah Regime but without any success. Its leaders and members were arrested, imprisoned and some of them were executed. Meanwhile leftist ideas found way to the grouplet and it turned into an organization with a blend of Islamic and communist ideas. After the victory of the Islamic revolution in 1979, the MKO hypocrites in collaboration with some counter-revolutionary currents and persons sought to overtake the government. But once faced with the tough opposition of the revolutionary people and leaders, they embarked on a widespread assassination. Thus, over 17 thousand officials and civilians in different parts of Iran were murdered by the savage MKO attempts. This terrorist outfit, during Saddam’s invasion of Iran, collaborated with Saddam and they not only helped him in suppressing the Iraqi people but also helped him in killing the Iranian people. But as Saddam’s need for them ceased, he imprisoned them in a camp.

After Saddam’s death, the criminal MKO grouplet, despite the support of the US and other western regime, turned into a failed organization in the siege of Iraqi people and a major part of its members spread in other countries.

No doubt, accepting the members of such a criminal organization in France has no logical or human rights explanation except the western narrative of terrorism and dividing it into good and bad. Western regimes, led by the Great Satan (the US), believe that bad terrorists are the groups or organizations which threaten the western interests but good terrorists are the ones which benefit the western goals and interests no matter how abominable are the tools they apply and how many people they kill. In this classification, although groups such as Hamas and Hezbollah of Lebanon defend their people and land against the Zionist terrorism and expansionism they are considered terrorists but since the MKO hypocrites martyred Iranian people and officials and cooperate with the western regimes they are not considered terrorists. According to western human rights the Takfiri terrorists in Syria who have committed countless crimes are termed as freedom- seekers since they fight against the government. But if the Takfiri terrorists like Daesh kill some western persons then it will be placed on the list of terrorist groups. The double-standard and deceitful policy of western human rights is further disclosed in some acts like holding gatherings of MKO in western states.

The noteworthy point in this year’s meeting was the open support of Saudi regime for them against the Islamic Republic of Iran. The support was made from years ago in the form of Saudi aid to opposition groups of Iran. But in this gathering Turki Faisal, the head of Saudi spying agency throughout 1977 to 2001, decalred that they and the opponents of Tehran both called for overthrow of the Islamic Republic. In his speech, he referred to the MKO ringleader as late Masoud Rajavi, while he hasn’t been seen in the public for years and he is most likely dead. The Saudi-affiliated networks such as Al-Arabiya and Al-Hadath made wide news coverage of the ceremony.

Certainly divulging the Saudi cooperation with the Monafeqin terrorist outfit was not unexpected and for different reasons these two currents are willing to cooperate with each other. Despite Islamic and popular slogans, the MKO are against Islam and people and that is why they are given this title by people. Today despite the Islamic appearance and religious slogans, the Saudi regime has plunged in activities against the Islamic Ummah and interests of the Islamic world and it is considered as the major hypocrite in the Islamic world. Therefore according to the holy Quran, the link between these two hypocritical currents is evident. As in Surah Tawbah, ayah 67 God says:

“The hypocrites, men and women, are all alike: they bid what is wrong and forbid what is right; and are tight-fisted. They have forgotten Allah, so He has forgotten them. The hypocrites are indeed the transgressors.”

Based on the holy ayah, cooperation of hypocrites with each other is predictable as friendship and cooperation of the faithful is evident since they are alike in ideology.

The goal of the MKO hypocrites and Saudi regime is the same and it is the overthrow of the sacred Islamic Republic system of Iran. Since the victory of the Islamic revolution, the despotic and corrupt Saudi regime faced a popular and revolutionary system as the flag-bearer of genuine Islam. In such a climate, Ale-Saud could not claim the leadership of the Islamic world; thus they started different hostilities against the Islamic Republic. But from months ago the Saudis have openly used all their facilities for enmity against Iran.

The MKO grouplet and Ale-Saud have other commonalities: both of them use the tool of terror for pushing forward their objectives. So far, Monafeqin (MKO) have martyred thousands of ordinary people in Iran and Iraq and they have assassinated a number of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s officials. Therefore, many terrorist groups have either been created or funded by Ale-Saud. The Takfiri terrorist groups such as Daesh, al-Qaeda, Taleban, An-Nusra and Boko Haram are the offsprings of the Saudis and they are in the service of the goals of this Wahhabi regime.

Although both of Ale-Saud and Monafeqin speak of Islam they have deviated and corrupt ideas. Wahhabism is a deviated, backward and violent cult and so far it has inflicted irreparable damages on the Islamic world. The MKO terrorists have also made several changes in their ideas none of which complies with the holy Quran and Islam.

Corruption is another common point among Monafeqin and Saudi regime. Regarding their financial and sexual corruption, several reports have been released by the media which further bring their legitimacy under question.

Nonetheless the Saudis’ investment on the notorious MKO grouplet indicates the climax of this dictatorial regime’s frustration. The MKO terrorists are 50 + in average and after years of futile attempts they have become quite desperate.

Undoubtedly, the MKO terrorists have rendered many services to the enemies of the Iranian nation including Saddam, the US, the Zionist regime and the western regimes. But any link with the treacherous terrorists cannot figure out a clear future for any government, as the Iranian foreign minister Zarif referring to the gathering of Monafeqin in Paris said: presence of individuals who create al-Qaeda and Taliban and have a shameful role in the Saudi regime’s record in the region indicates their incompetence who like Saddam have tied their future to the terrorists.
