Araqchi: Securing Iran's national interests is the main goal of talks

Pars Today - Iran's foreign minister described the indirect negotiations with the United States in Rome as constructive and positive, stating that the main objective of these talks is to ensure Iran’s national interests.

Seyyed Abbas Araghchi made these remarks yesterday (Saturday) during a meeting with the families of Iranian diplomats on the sidelines of the second round of indirect negotiations between Iran and the US, hosted by Oman in Rome. According to the Iranian Embassy in Rome, Araghchi described the aforementioned negotiations as constructive and positive. Iranian Ambassador to Rome, Mohammad Reza Sabouri also discussed the state of bilateral relations with Italy in the fields of politics, economy, and culture during this meeting. / ISNA
