Uzbek official: 260 Iranian factories operate in Uzbekistan

Pars Today – The vice president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan announced that 260 Iranian factories are operating in Uzbekistan.

Dilshod Rasulov, during the joint commission meeting between Iran and Uzbekistan in Tehran on Monday, stated that 260 Iranian factories are active in Uzbekistan, with at least 160 of them being joint ventures. The Head of the Iran's Chamber of Commerce, Samad Hassan-Zadeh also emphasized the need to increase trade between the two countries to one billion dollars and called for the cancellation of visas by Uzbekistan to facilitate travel between the two nations./ IRNA
