Iran’s Parliament speaker: Trump is delusional

Pars Today - The speaker of the Iranian Parliament (Majlis) said on Wednesday: “The statements of the US President showed that he is delusional. Instead of worrying about the internal situation of Iran, Trump should be concerned that he has become the record holder for the largest decline in popularity of a president in the United States.”

Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, speaking at the 19th Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States (PUIC), said: “The root of the turmoil in the West Asia region is the US regime’s support for the Zionist mafia, and in the face of this occupation and crime, the people of the region have turned to Resistance.” The speaker of the Iranian Parliament added: “The people’s belief in Resistance is evidenced by the fact that Palestinian Resistance, in the latest polls of the people of Gaza and the West Bank, after a year and a half of bombing and aggression, still enjoys maximum popularity by a wide margin.” /ISNA
