Araghchi: Iran is not joking with anyone on enrichment

Pars Today –Iran’s foreign minister emphasized on Wednesday that “we are not joking with anyone when it comes to uranium enrichment,” and added that the date for a new round of Iran-US negotiations may be set in the coming days.

In response to a question about whether discussions regarding Iran-US negotiations took place during his trip to Oman, Araghchi said: “Naturally, consultations and exchanges of views are held, but the main purpose of this trip was not Iran-US negotiations.” He further assessed President Pezeshkian’s recent visit to Oman positively, saying: “Relations between the two countries are moving in a very good direction, and mutual respect is at its highest level.” / IRIB news agency
