Grossi: Political will exists in Tehran & Washington to reach agreement

Pars Today – The director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said Monday that “the necessary political will exists on both sides for an agreement between Iran and the United States,” stressing that transparency is a key element of any such deal.

Rafael Grossi, who is currently visiting Greece, described the ongoing nuclear talks between Tehran and Washington as highly significant. While acknowledging that major challenges remain on the path to an agreement, he reaffirmed that both parties possess the political will to achieve a resolution.
Grossi also referred to the IAEA’s ongoing efforts to engage in dialogue with Tehran and Moscow aimed at cooperation on nuclear safety. / ISNA
