Araghchi: Iran’s nuclear program cannot be destroyed
Pars Today – Iran’s foreign minister stated on Wednesday evening that the Islamic Republic’s political support for the Resistance should in no way be interpreted as interference in its sovereign decision-making processes. He emphasized that Iran’s nuclear program is founded on the expertise of its own scientists and national capabilities, and therefore cannot be destroyed through bombing.
Seyyed Abbas Araghchi explained that his visit to Beirut is part of Iran’s broader policy to strengthen ties with Lebanon’s new government. He emphasized that the foreign policy of the 14th administration, under President Masoud Pezeshkian, is centered on boosting regional cooperation and consolidating good neighborly relations. Araghchi added “In the past ten months, we have expanded our relations with the Persian Gulf countries, particularly Saudi Arabia, and we’ve also made significant progress in our ties with Egypt.” / ISNA
