UNICEF: Gaza has become a graveyard for children

Pars Today – The spokesperson for the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) warned on Monday that Gaza is facing catastrophic conditions and has effectively become a graveyard for children.

The regional spokesperson for UNICEF emphasized that due to the global community’s inaction, the besieged Gaza Strip has turned into a deadly environment for children.

He added that the blockade of Gaza and restrictions on the entry of humanitarian aid are key factors contributing to the growing death toll.
The UNICEF official noted that the Israeli regime has rejected numerous requests to allow humanitarian aid into Gaza, resulting in the dire conditions currently unfolding in the territory.
