Martyr Soleimani’s legacy lives on: IRGC Commander

Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Major General Hossein Salami highlighted the success of Lt. General Qassem Soleimani in thwarting enemy plots, stressing that the legacy of the popular commander, who was martyred by the US terrorist forces a year ago, will continue on.

According to Tasnim News Agency, addressing a ceremony held on Thursday in the southern city of Kerman, the IRGC chief said Martyr Soleimani’s art was foiling the political, geographical and military schemes of the adversaries.

He added that Gen. had taken revenge for his assassination tens of times before his martyrdom by defeating the enemies and foiling their plots.

“The legacy of Haaj Qassem lives on and we will not stop at this point,” Majro General Salami said, adding, “We will remain faithful to his sublime ideals … and continue his path.”
