Iranians celebrate birthday of 8th Shia Imam

The ten days of Karamat, have come to an end, culminating in numerous ceremonies held in the north-eastern city of Mashhad. People ended the period by celebrating the birthday of the eighth Shia Imam, Imam Reza.
