Leader’s message on Nature Day
Pars Today – In a message commemorating the Islamic Republic Day and on the eve of Nature Day, the Leader of the Revolution invited the Iranian people to plant trees in memory of the martyrs of the Third Imposed War, describing this act as a symbol of prosperity and hope.
According to ParsToday, the full text of the message from Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, is as follows:
In the name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
“He brought you forth from the earth and settled you upon it.”
The heroic nation of Iran has intertwined this year’s Nowruz with epic spirit and devotion, and after honoring the 12th of Farvardin — the Islamic Republic Day — they now move toward celebrating Nature Day. At a time when the vile and ruthless American and Zionist enemy observes no human, moral, or vital boundaries in its savagery, and has even targeted and harmed the natural and environmental spaces of our beloved homeland, every action taken toward expanding prosperity and building a bright future for Iran is both worthy and necessary.
Among these commendable actions is that people across all cities and villages, with mutual assistance and in collaboration and coordination with the relevant institutions, should carry out the planting of fruit-bearing trees — beginning from Nature Day until the end of spring, especially throughout the month of Farvardin — along with the necessary subsequent care.
The demonic, child-killing American and Zionist forces barbarically martyred the young saplings of the School of Shajareh Tayyebeh (literally meaning blessed tree); yet, the Iranian nation, in memory of all the martyrs — especially those of the Third Imposed War — will plant the sapling of hope throughout its land, so that, God willing, each of these saplings may grow in the coming years into a ‘blessed tree’ and a fruitful one.
