Pars Today – The book “Hikayat al-Sayyid” was unveiled during a gathering held in loyalty to the martyred Leader of the Revolution at the site where he was martyred.
According to Pars Today, citing ISNA, the book “Hikayat al-Sayyid” was unveiled during a gathering on Keshvardoost Street in Tehran, the location where the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khamenei, was martyred. A number of Arab seminary, scientific, and cultural elites residing in Iran attended the event.
The book “Hikayat al-Sayyid” is the Arabic version of the book “The Narrative of the Master”. It presents an account of the life, character, and scholarly and spiritual conduct of Ayatollah Seyed Javad Khamenei, the father and teacher of the martyred Leader of the Revolution, as narrated by him. The work was compiled to shed light on the educational and intellectual roots that shaped his personality.
The book “Hikayat al-Sayyid” holds a special place in terms of documentary writing and oral history. It is not merely a family memoir; rather, it serves as a window into the social and religious layers of Iran, the lifestyle of religious scholars in Iran and Iraq, and the relationship between family upbringing and its role in shaping influential figures in contemporary Iranian history.
