Pars Today - For centuries, the West has been trying to portray Islam as a violent religion in order to justify its invasion on Muslims. From the Crusades to the Ottoman Empire and now in Gaza, imperialism is firmly rooted in the mistaken belief that Islam is a threat to Western civilization.

That is why Isaac Herzog, the head of the Zionist regime, claimed in an interview on December 6, 2023, and without mentioning the massacre of thousands of Palestinians in Gaza by this regime, that "the war against Gaza is not a war between Israel and Hamas but a war intended to save Western civilization."

This claim disregards historical facts in favor of an ideology that promotes sectarianism. This belief strengthens the imperialist invasion of the US, Europe, and Israel, resulting in the 75-year occupation of Palestinian land, ethnic cleansing, and the destruction of Palestinian lives.

In this perspective, only the voice of the West is legitimate, and only the West can interpret the aspirations and positions of Palestinians.

Since October 7, 2023, with full support from Western countries, the Israeli regime has initiated a new widespread massacre against the defenseless and oppressed Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank.

According to the latest reports, during the attacks by the Zionist regime on Gaza, more than 31,000 Palestinians have been martyred and over 74,000 others have been injured.

The foundation of the Israeli regime dates back to 1917 with the scheme of British colonization and through the migration of Jews from various countries to the land of the Palestinians, its establishment was declared in 1948. Since then, various plans for the mass genocide of Palestinians and the seizure of all their land have been implemented.
