Germany: Seeking agreement with Iran / No military solution exists

Pars Today - Regarding the Strait of Hormuz, Germany has announced that the country seeks an agreement with Iran.
According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, Johann Wadephul, the German Foreign Minister, emphasized: Berlin is seeking negotiation and agreement with Iran.
Regarding Washington's request for a military presence in the Strait of Hormuz, he stated: If the US military is unable to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, European forces will likely not be able to do so either.
In response to the aggression by the United States and the Zionist regime against Iran, Wadephul stated: "There is no military solution, and your pursuit of a controlled regime change is merely a hypothesis."
The German Foreign Minister further clarified: "Therefore, instability in Iran is not in our interest, nor in the interest of the region, and of course, not in the interest of the people living in Iran."
The Strait of Hormuz, located in southern Iran, is a vital waterway through which 20% of the world's oil passes. The US President, who underestimated the importance of this waterway and the Islamic Republic of Iran's capability to close it in his calculations for aggression against Iran, is now pleading for the participation of other countries to open this strait. So far, many European countries and NATO members have rejected Trump's request.
Trump, enraged by NATO's action, claimed: "I am not surprised by their actions, because I have always considered NATO a one-way street, where we spend hundreds of billions of dollars every year to protect these same countries."
