Pars Today — The President of the United States, while traveling to China, reportedly published a map portraying Venezuela as the 51st state of the United States.

According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, Donald Trump shared a map of Venezuela on his Truth Social account on Tuesday night, featuring the U.S. flag design and the headline “51st State.”

Trump had previously claimed in remarks that the United States was seriously considering the annexation of Venezuela as its 51st state.

These statements come as, according to media reports, Venezuela’s interim president Delcy Rodríguez said on Monday that Venezuela “has never” considered becoming the 51st state of the United States.

Earlier, Trump had also described Canada as the 51st state of the United States.
