Trump former ally calls him traitor

Pars Today – A former Republican member of the U.S. Congress and a prominent former ally of Donald Trump strongly criticized the U.S. president’s actions in the war against Iran and accused him of treason.

According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, Marjorie Taylor Greene said:

“What Donald Trump did during the war against Iran is treason.”

She added that Trump was acting in favor of the Israeli regime rather than in the interests of the United States.

The former congresswoman further emphasized that the war was by no means beneficial to Americans and instead cost them tens of billions of dollars.

She concluded firmly:

“Therefore, he is a traitor.”

Taylor Greene has previously also criticized Trump’s interventionist statements regarding Iran, arguing that he should focus on domestic issues in the United States.
