Millions embark on annual march of Arba’een in Iraq (Photos)

TEHRAN (FNA)- Millions of Shia Muslims are taking part in one of the largest peaceful gatherings on the planet: the Arba’een march between the two Iraqi holy cities of Najaf and Karbala, marking the 40th day after the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hossein (PBUH), the third infallible successor of Prophet Mohammad (Blessings of God upon him and his progeny).
