Today, we speak about Naaz and Siri Islands.

The two tiny Naaz Islands are situated in the vicinity of eastern coastlines of Qeshm Island. Naaz Islands cover an area of approximately three hectares, and are surrounded by rocks standing at five to ten meters in height.

These two tiny islands are completely flat and at times upon the fall of the water level, a dry path temporarily connects these islands to Qeshm coastlines.in such phases in time, one can cover this path toward Naaz Islands on foot or by car.

These two tiny islands were residential up to fifty years ago, and the store house of fishermen was located in this island. However, these two islands are currently used solely for fishing. Meanwhile, the local fishermen have constructed a number of temporary resting locations in these two small islands.

Opposite Naaz Islands, within the Island of Qeshm, there is a sandy beach which is an appropriate location for feeding water birds. All year long, many tourists visit this coastline throughout the sunset.

Colorful sea shells, jelly fish, and lobsters are spotted at Naaz Islands' coastlines.

The tranquility and beauty of Naaz Islands, and the presence of sea shells and coral reefs in a variety of shapes and forms and colors in the surroundings of these two islands have all and all granted beauty to this region and have excited and thrilled visitors who travel to this tourist destination in order to observe these beauties, first hand. Due to presence of coral reefs in the surroundings of these two islands, scuba divers are encouraged to head for the intact and unique sites of these two islands.

Given the appropriate location of Naaz Islands, these two tiny islands are the habitats of a diverse range of aquatics and an appropriate destination for the migrant birds within the winter season. Dolphins of the Persian Gulf waters; and colorful, unique sea shells are easily spotted in this region.

After observing Naaz Islands, let's pay a visit to Siri Island. Some say that its original name was Souri Island, with the term "Souri" meaning red soil, which covers this island's surface. This island is located at the heart of Persian Gulf waters and is at a 27-km distance from the Bu-Musa city, and at a 152-mile distance from the provincial capital. Siri Island covers an area of 17.3 square kilometers.

Siri Island is relatively flat. Its highest altitude is 24 meters above the sea level and its longest longitude and latitude respectively stretch 6.1 and 4.6 square kilometers. There are ample palm trees across this island, whose dates are solely for domestic consumption. This region maintains limited flora, and is home to a number of clay mines.

This are no local residents in this island, while a number of workers are employed in the oil installations of the island. There were a number of locals in this island, who gradually immigrated to other places. This oil-rich region currently maintains the capacity to produce 105,000 barrels of oil per day.

A variety of animal species such as deer, cats, and sea gulls live in this island. The plants which are capable of storing large amounts of water can grow in this region. Within the waters, surrounding Siri Island, a number of aquatics can be spotted, some of which are indigenous to these waters, while some others only pass through these waters. Chameleons also live in this island. Siri Island maintains a warm and humid climate. The coastal regions of Siri Island are warm and humid, all year long.
