The uprising of Khordad 15, 1342 (corresponding with June 5, 1963) was one of the most important chapters of Imam Khomeini’s struggles and it was a very determining point in the entire history of the Iranian nation. Imam Khomeini (God’s mercy upon him) used to expose the oppression and injustice of the regime of Shah in the climax of repression against any opposing voice.
