Russia: US position in talks with Iran unclear

Pars Today - The Russian representative at international organizations in Vienna expressed regret that it cannot be said that the position of the United States in the nuclear talks with the Islamic Republic of Iran is clear.

Mikhail Ulyanov, referring to the remarks made by Iran’s President, Masoud Pezeshkian, who stated, “We are ready to negotiate with the US within a defined framework and while safeguarding national interests,” noted: “Iran’s position is clear, but unfortunately, we cannot use the same definition regarding the position of the US.” The permanent representative of Russia to international organizations added: “We must wait, but we cannot wait for a long time.”/ ISNA
