Sanders: 60% of Americans oppose the war against Palestinians

Pars Today – Independent Senator from Vermont, Bernie Sanders, stated that 60% of Americans oppose Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s brutal war against the Palestinian people.

On Saturday night, Sanders wrote on social media platform X that Americans are increasingly against the war in Gaza, adding, “We are making progress in pushing Democrats to vote against funding this war.”

He continued, “Now is the time to convince Republicans. Does an average Republican really want billions of dollars spent to starve children? I don’t think so.”

In recent weeks, Sanders has launched efforts to halt U.S. military aid to the Israeli regime and has submitted several resolutions to the Senate, though they have not been passed.
