Commander-in-Chief of Iran’s Army: We have no choice but to become strong

Pars Today – The Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army emphasized that there is no path other than becoming strong and powerful, stating: “We need a strong army to protect our nation, and a powerful army is one in which all its components carry out their missions and duties properly.”

On Wednesday, Major General Amir Hatami, speaking at a ceremony held at Tehran’s AJA University of Medical Sciences in honor of Avicenna (Physician’s Day) and Muhammad ibn Zakariya Razi (Pharmacist’s Day), said that the army carries the significant mission of protecting Iran’s independence, territorial integrity, the Islamic Republic system, and the country. He added: “This mission is important in any country, but in Iran, due to its strategic and geopolitical position, it is even more crucial and exceptional.” / IRNA
