More than a dozen people have lost their lives in a powerful bomb explosion that ripped through a military camp housing militants in Yemen’s southern coastal province of Aden.
Military and medical sources said a man detonated his explosives-laden vest among soldiers at Raas al-Abbas camp in the Red Sea port city of Aden, situated 346 kilometers (214 miles) south of the capital, Sana’a, on Wednesday, leaving thirteen troopers dead, Yemen’s al-Masirah television network reported.
The camp reportedly houses Saudi-backed mercenaries fighting Yemeni army soldiers and fighters from Popular Committees.
