  • Illusion instead of news; NYT making disinformation on Iran's plan to assassinate Trump, destroy US election

Pars Today- A news approach in the US, instead of touching upon real evidence and giving documents, has simply focused on generalization and using provocative literature.

Daily New York Times, in a report by Chris Cameron titled, "Trump Is Briefed on Iranian Assassination Threat", on September 24 touched upon the Trump campaign's claim of Iran's assassination threat against Donald Trump, former American president.

According to Pars Today, this NYT report clearly shows an organized attempt to use Iran's name as a cause of threat in a bid to kick up an election row.

This report has raised claims based on Trump's assassination threat by Iran, but presented no evidence or document to prove these claims. Such narratives are not only highly clicked and viewed globally, but also, in political terms, it seems that they have been fabricated with the aim of provoking sentiments and drawing attentions in the brink of election.

The NYT report has been arranged in a way as if the Iranian threats were a part of a wide and dangerous scheme which presently threaten the United States. But, no information, whatsoever, or convincing evidence is presented to corroborate these claims. Particularly, the vague relation between these alleged threats and other incidents related to Trump, without any specific document, is highly questionable.

This news approach, instead of touching upon real evidence and giving documents, has simply focused on generalization and using provocative literature. Such a report can be a part of a political strategy to exploit public fear and deviate public opinion from real issues such as tax moneys of the American citizens which are funneled to arms-manufacturing factories to provide weapons for Ukraine and the Zionist regime. This is all done to conceal the US debacle inside the country.

Among other dastardly efforts is to raise vague allegations against Iran pertaining to hacking of information and dissemination of disinformation. This has been done with no document or evidence. Finally, such reports not only are not to the benefit of the US foreign policy and security, but also they further damage the US media credit in the world and cause national humility for the Americans.
