Charlie Kirk, 31-year-old conservative political activist and founder of Turning Point USA, and supporter of Israel, was shot on Wednesday evening while giving a speech to students at Utah Valley University in Utah. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.

Russia’s envoy to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, urged members of the IAEA Board of Governors not to undermine the agency’s new cooperation framework with Iran. He warned against “non-constructive, hasty or biased steps” that could disrupt implementation of recent agreements between Tehran and the IAEA.
