Pars Today – The former chief of staff of the Israeli regime’s army described prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet decision to occupy Gaza City as “a folly that will come at a heavy cost for Israel” and addressed the regime’s officials, saying: “Stop this madness.”
Gadi Eizenkot wrote on the social media platform X, ahead of the Israeli regime’s security cabinet meeting to discuss plans to occupy Gaza City: “This is the final word—stop this madness, which will come at a heavy cost for us.”
Referring to Hamas’s October 7, 2023, operation against the Israeli regime, he added: “The failed cabinet leaders of October 7, who betrayed the trust of Israeli citizens, as expected, will today, blinded by political and strategic shortsightedness and lacking a full understanding of reality, decide to launch a new attack on Gaza without having any plan for the day after.”
$12 million in Iranian nanocatalyst exports
According to Iran’s Vice-Presidency for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy, the sales of Iranian nanocatalysts have exceeded 11 trillion rials, with exports reaching $12 million. This technology, by significantly reducing dependence on imports, has so far saved Iran over $360 million in foreign currency. Currently, domestic nanocatalysts are being used in major refineries and petrochemical plants across Iran.
Baqaei: “Neutrality” is unacceptable in the face of genocide
Esmaeil Baqaei, spokesperson for Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, wrote on the social media platform X on Friday, rejecting the application of the principle of “neutrality in war” to the ongoing genocide in occupied Palestine. He stated: “There is a fundamental difference between ‘war’ and ‘genocide’; one cannot extend ‘neutrality in times of war’ to the obvious genocide that has been unfolding before everyone’s eyes over the past two years.”
He added: “True humanitarianism requires the moral courage to express revulsion at heinous crimes and to demand accountability from the perpetrators.”
Yemen missile attack on occupied Palestinian territories
Israeli regime’s so-called 'home front command' reported that rockets were fired from Yemen toward the occupied Palestinian territories. In this context, Quds News Network also cited Israeli officials, noting that Israeli defense systems were activated to intercept the incoming missiles.
Russia: We do not seek to escalate tensions with Poland
