In the early hours of Bahman 12, 1357 (corresponding with February 1, 1979), the Iranian nation was going through the moments of fear and hope. Their beloved Leader, Imam Khomeini, was supposed to arrive in the country in spite of the threats and obstructive measures of the remnants of Pahlavi regime. He had been in exile for more than 14 years. After the escape of the tyrant Mohammad Reza Pahlavi from the country on January 16, 1979, Imam Khomeini announced his decision to return to Iran.
