Pres. Pezeshkian: Agreement with US possible if coercive approach is abandoned

Pars Today – Referring to indirect negotiations with the United States, the Iranian president stated in a meeting with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani that a deal with the US is attainable, but only if Washington abandons its policy of coercion and imposition.

Masoud Pezeshkian said Sunday on the sidelines of the “Tehran Dialogue Forum 2025 “We will not yield to force under any circumstances.”  Emphasizing the fraternal and sincere relations between Iran and Qatar, Pezeshkian expressed hope that the interactions and agreements reached would soon be implemented and yield benefits for both countries and their peoples./ IRNA
