Israeli sources admit army facing equipment degradation crisis

Pars Today – Israeli sources have reported widespread problems with the performance of the regime’s military equipment, as the army remains mired in a protracted war in Gaza. According to Israeli military commanders, these technical issues are compounded by layers of secrecy.

The Israeli newspaper Maariv reported Friday that military sources had revealed serious deficiencies in the effectiveness and safety of the army’s combat equipment. These problems have intensified during the ongoing "Operation Iron Swords" and are reportedly endangering Israeli soldiers’ lives.

The report added that commanders of battalions, brigades, and various military units have recently warned of the growing number of technical issues affecting combat equipment. (IRIB news agency)
