Pars Today – A retired American general, referring to the intensification of economic and political pressures on Washington resulting from the US and Israeli war against Iran, acknowledged: "Iranians can resist these attacks for years."
According to Pars Today, "James Spider Marks," a retired general of the US Army, in an interview with the news channel "MS Now," acknowledged Iran's resilience and resistance against a joint military invasion by the US and the Zionist regime, noting that this operation is "very costly" for the US administration. He said: Trump is faced with two options; he can continue this "costly" and politically consequential invasion, or he can try to find some kind of diplomatic solution for it.
This retired American general noted: "In my opinion, Iran will not surrender and will not back down. They will make sacrifices but will not surrender and will resist; I think they can last for at least a few years." This American general acknowledged that Trump, under increasing pressure from the economic consequences of the war, has shown signs of willingness for a diplomatic approach to end the war.
