Hamas welcomes statement by 80 countries condemning humanitarian crisis in Gaza

Pars Today – The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, has welcomed a statement by 80 countries condemning the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

In a statement, Hamas expressed appreciation for the collective position of the eighty countries that emphasized Gaza is facing the worst humanitarian crisis since the Zionist regime's aggression in October 2023. The group stated: “This stance reflects growing international opposition to the ongoing genocide in Gaza.” Hamas added that the statement constitutes strong pressure to provide aid to the Palestinian people and end to the imposed starvation and brutal blockade.
