Call for participation in the 2nd "Sobh" International Media Festival

Pars Today - The 2nd "Sobh" International Media Festival will be held in three sections of "Main", "IRIB World Service", and " Palestine Special" in May 2024.
This festival is organized under the direction of Mohsen Yazdi, and the deadline for registration and submission of works in the festival's official website: https://sobhfestival.com/ will be April 8, 2024.
This international event will conclude in May 2024 after holding several specialized workshops and honoring the winners of each section. Also, the poster, brochure, and teaser for the festival call that was announced during a press conference some time ago has been published.
The three sections of the festival are as follows:
A- Main section
Participants in this section can register and submit works in three categories of television, radio, and new media with English subtitles.
The “Sobh” festival centers around “Media and the New World Order,” focusing on: the value of local and regional identities; spirituality and cultural authority; nobility of family; resistance discourse and fighting arrogance.
B- IRIB World Service section
In this section, only the productions of the IRIB World Service in any language and subtitles in three categories of television, radio, and new media can participate and compete.
C- Palestine Special section
This section, which was a side section in the first edition of the festival, has been added to the main section of this edition due to regional events and developments following al-Aqsa Storm operation in Gaza, Palestine on October 7.
Participants inside and outside Iran can submit works related to the topic of Palestine in categories of “Feature Film”, "TV series", "motion graphics and short animation", "TV news report", "news coverage", "TV program", "Vlog and music video", "documentary" and "short film", citizen journalist (Gaza Martyred Journalists Award), "illustration", "podcast", and feature story (including essays, articles, and investigative reports).
