Imam Khamenei: Today, highest flag of Islam in hands of Gaza people
Pars Today- The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, in a meeting with chairman of Hamas's political bureau and secretary general of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, venerated unique steadfastness and resistance of the oppressed people of Gaza and said, "Today, the highest flag of Islam is in the hands of the Palestinian nation and people of Gaza, and with the blessing of this resistance, the ground is set for further promotion of Islam."
Ismail Haniyeh, Chairman of Hamas's political bureau, and Ziyad al-Nakhalah, Secretary General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, have traveled to Iran to participate the swearing-in ceremony of the new Iranian President, Masoud Pezeshkian [which was held on Tuesday afternoon]. According to Pars Today, during the meeting, Ayatollah Khamenei mentioned the way of promotion of Islam and presentation of a role model for the Islamic society as one of the permanent concerns of Islamic thinkers and added, "The ever-increasing inclination toward Islam in the current juncture is indicative of the greatness of steadfastness of the Palestinian nation and the people of Gaza.
Imam Khamenei stressed, "The main cause of greatness and glory of resistance are the people of Gaza and the inhabitants of the West Bank. We hope that the Palestinian nation and the resistance forces will be included in the divine assistance, support and good tidings."

During this meeting, Ismail Haniyeh, congratulating the election of the new Iranian president, described holding of the recent election as a manifestation of religious popular rule based on the Islamic thought and, referring to his meeting with Masoud Pezeshkian, said, "In this meeting, once again we witnessed good and firm stances of the Islamic Republic of Iran towards the issue of Palestine and the resistance current. And we are proud of these stances."
The chairman of Hamas's political bureau, explaining the latest field and political situation in Gaza and the West Bank, said, "Yesterday was the 300th day of the Gaza war and now we have reached a sensitive and historical phase in which the people of Palestine and the resistance forces should consolidate their championship and victory."
During the meeting, Ziyad al-Nakhlah, Secretary General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, for his part, congratulating Pezeshkian's election and marking his stances in support for Palestine and the resistance, said, "The joint presence of the leaders of Hamas and Islamic Jihad in today's meeting is a symbolic sign of unity among resistance forces in Palestine. And with the blessing of this unity, coordination and cooperation inside the resistance front, too, is in its best state in the region."
